I had some really nice Basil...until it got to be 103 and I forgot to water...oops! I also had several good size Banana Peppers. I grew some Grape Tomatoes this year. The kids ate them as soon as they were ripe enough to pick. It was fun to check every morning to see if there were any new ones ready to eat.

I give you kudos for trying to grow anything!! Gardening is hard work. Add in kids and schooling...forget about it!

Talk to ya when I get home from the mini vacation!!:)

"Didn't you see me at uncle Louis' polka party?"

Evidently all the tomatoes went to live at my house this year. I've picked and picked and they are still growing.

I gave up on tomatoes a long time ago. Maybe if the house next door to Rosanne goes up for sale, I will move there and I can trade her something for tomatoes each year.

Love the flowers; the color of the veronica is gorgeous, you're right! :o)
