T'Mahk Too - Comments on very not sick and knit

okay maybe not very not sick, but still pretty "not sick". I thought I was getting better from not being sick, but coincidentally the only day I really felt pretty good was the day after I got 11 hours straight...

Dear sweet (((((Kim))))), I am praying for you right now, praying that you will be 100% better very very soon!

We were going through some yarn the other day and I saw that we had some that has those two colors that you like so well in a few skeins. We don't need them, either. They're yours if you want them. :)

You have been knitting beautiful things!

Do you have a pedometer? I got a cheapo one from Wal-Mart the other day to keep track of how far I walk when I am not doing WATP. I plan to get a nicer one eventually.

Have a wonderful Monday! Love, Robin

Kim, I have a pattern for a poncho that might be a lot easier for you. It is just 2 rectangles that you put together on the edge when you are finished. No circular knitting!! :) Plus, it is a pattern that uses big needles. Also, I think that chunkier yarn would compensate for the bigger needles...

Just let me know if you would like me to email you the pattern.

:)

Kim, Please don't feel bad about cancelling small group. You had a very legitimate reason. To be honest, I was kind of relieved when you did. I had a very busy Saturday of running errands, birthday party, laundry, etc. So I was very content to stay home and enjoy my Sabbath! Praying you will feel better soon!

NOW is the time to rest. Drink lots of water (no, coffee doesn't count) and let your body work through this thing. We don't want this to become "that Thanksgiving where we took Mom to the emergency room" in your kids' memory! (Had one myself!)

Yeah, I have a big "Q" crochet hook I tried a poncho with, and it pretty much looked like a cat tangled up the yarn and I wore it. So I frogged it.
