I want some sesame crackers

ever get a strange, out of the blue craving?

sesame crackers wouldn't be 'on program'

plus, I don't have any.

plus, nothing healthy sounds good.

I'm tired.

I took some food pix over the last couple days but haven't gotten around to posting them.

I was planning to tell you something else, but I forgot.

Anyone have a low fat, whole grain, healthy-and-quick (really quick!) sesame cracker recipe? Something I could whip up in, oh, 5 minutes, maybe? 'Cause that's all the time-and-energy I feel like spending on making something. Although i think I'd be willing to sit and whine about NOT having a good snack for longer.

I don't' have a cracker recipe for you, but why wouldn't sesame crackers be "on program?" Anything is on program for WW, as long as you count it properly. You can have one oz. of any kind of cracker for 3 points. Expensive, but if it's what you're cravin', spend it...

you can get some sesame crackers (good ones too) at a Japanese store. Do you have one nearby?

I like your blog! I especially like all the pictures of healthy food. You actually make it look good: ) Drat, though, I don't seem to have any healthy ingredients on hand. Just those hundred boxes of Girl Scout Cookies that we must soon deliver, very soon. Before I accidentally eat them!

Little D sounds so sweet. And he sure is a cutie. I love little guys that are like that. :-)

Cottage Cheese parfait.

Put some cottage cheese into your blender.. add a little sugar for taste. Blenderize until smooth

Take a fancy wine glass or your best facsimily there of, and layer creamy cottage cheese with thawed (use your microwave if you have to have it in 5 minutes) fruit or canned fruit or fresh fruit. Layer in some granola or other yummy cereal bits.

Dig in. We have this for breakfast at times.

Oh, and my grocery has big round soft sesame cookies, like a tortilla, but made with sesame seeds.. but they're not cheap on the calories.. but we love to spread them with peanutbutter and roll them up.. and even the baby loves to eat pieces of one.

Better three sesame crackers when you're craving them than ten cream cheese covered Ritz and feeling unsatisfied.

But your "tired" comment has me wondering. I read something where us round people have a tendency to eat when we're tired and sleep when we're hungry.

I've found that true of me, anyway!
