I don't' have a cracker recipe for you, but why wouldn't sesame crackers be "on program?" Anything is on program for WW, as long as you count it properly. You can have one oz. of any kind of cracker for 3 points. Expensive, but if it's what you're cravin', spend it...

I like your blog! I especially like all the pictures of healthy food. You actually make it look good: ) Drat, though, I don't seem to have any healthy ingredients on hand. Just those hundred boxes of Girl Scout Cookies that we must soon deliver, very soon. Before I accidentally eat them!

Cottage Cheese parfait.

Put some cottage cheese into your blender.. add a little sugar for taste. Blenderize until smooth

Take a fancy wine glass or your best facsimily there of, and layer creamy cottage cheese with thawed (use your microwave if you have to have it in 5 minutes) fruit or canned fruit or fresh fruit. Layer in some granola or other yummy cereal bits.

Dig in. We have this for breakfast at times.

Better three sesame crackers when you're craving them than ten cream cheese covered Ritz and feeling unsatisfied.

But your "tired" comment has me wondering. I read something where us round people have a tendency to eat when we're tired and sleep when we're hungry.

I've found that true of me, anyway!
