is it possible that your back pain is stress related? i&apos;m asking because i have the exact same problem with a muscle in my neck/shoulder. if i am feeling overwhelmed or stressed, this particular spot flares up. perhaps the vet visit took its toll through back pain. after it goes away (and it will) take note of when you experience pain again and see if you are feeling unusually tense. maybe there&apos;s a connection.</description>
