note to self: go finish packing
Don't sit there and read blogs. No matter what exciting things are happening in your friends' lives.
You've got packing to do, girl.
You are NOT done. You do NOT really deserve an extended break. In fact, you can't afford it.
Go finish packing.
You'll be glad you did.
Use the extra time to make sure all the packed bags get INTO THE VAN this time. They don't do any good sitting at home, you know.
P.s. to the readers ~ I did tell you I was going away, didn't I?
I'm going away. Until Monday.
Without internet access.
Well, unless I get desperate.
But I don't plan to. I've got books and knitting and I'm hoping for a little extra SLEEP.
Plus the nature.
Which is all covered in snow.
But, still.
Ooooh look at the finch! Is that a house finch or a purple finch?
Mom, he's back, right after you left! Rats.
Oh, anyway, back to what I was saying.
Gotta go.
I'll miss you. I'll blog in my head for you. That much I promise.
Posted by Kim at April 12, 2007 3:48 PMGoing away? No fair! Who will I bother with pointless, random questions??? Who will give me ideas for dinner and treats? What will I do until Monday????
Still, hope you have a great time!!
:)
No, no, Kim you can't go! Where are you going and why? Besides sleep, which really sounds good. But don't take the time to answer that silly question. Get packing!

Posted by: Peggy at April 13, 2007 10:22 AMhey friends
I'm spacing out and can't remember my password to log on
I'm at my sister's house and having some bleeding ... I'm 12.5 weeks along. The bleeding has gone from 'old' to 'new' and more in quantity, so not good signs but anything can happen. Will you pray for me and the baby?
I'll update if/when I can
thanks
love you all
kim
Yes, Kim, I'm praying. I'll ask some of my (your) IRL friends to pray, too.
Keep us posted. Love you! ~Betsy

Posted by: Robin at April 13, 2007 7:14 PMHi everyone,
thanks for praying for Kim. So far (when I left at 8:30 pm) she's had no more bleeding, and between Dale and me she's been able to put her feet up and rest like her midwife suggested she do. We're hoping that's a sign that things are really OK. She has an appt this coming Tues with her midwife, who says as long as there are no more signs of bad stuff, she can continue her vacation, hooray!
