T'Mahk Too - Comments on Tucked Away In Town

We rode past this place yesterday. The girls and I decided to walk back today to take pictures. It's tucked away just past the library and always amazes me. Isn't it pretty? And it's within walking distance of our house....

I thought "she looks like Laura" before I even read your blog.

Were those forget me nots in the grass? Is that right behind the library or closer to the low spot that always floods?

Beautiful! Your picture reminds both Hannah and me of a place we had on our farm in PA--we called it "Fairyland".

they're both great photos. Pshaw on the 'quality' of the second - it captures a mood and it does a great job of it. Beautiful - I'm so glad you have such wonderful places within walking distance. I worry about my city friends sometimes and all they are missing out on... glad to see you have some nature about close by :o)

Did I comment on this already? If I did, sorry about the double comment...maybe I commented in my head without actually writing anything. *shrug* Anyway, those pictures are gorgeous! I'm a little jealous you live so close to that. I think I would be basking in that field on a daily basis, just looking up at the sky. Lucky you!

WOW - this is NOT the town I remember. Is the library still in the same place across from the Center for the Arts? These scenes are truly majestic - and how lovely you got to take a walk with your daughters. I look forward to the Mother's days when my children are old enough to do something for me. Happy Mother's day to you. You are an inspiration. :-)
