Sputnik! I love it, that's a wonderful name. It's little-kid-sounding and rocket-y sounding and cute and retro.

and I love the animated gif. While driving. Too funny. Becky was right - better than caffeine! I had to hold down the scroll bar at the side to 'catch' the individual shots - very cute but even better animated. Though I kept wondering why the sound wasn't working on my puter, because I wanted to hear what it looked like he was saying! That's the way my little guys travel too. ;o) Unless they're asleep.

...and the problem with putting cute animated gifs in is that they distract your sister from commenting on how cute the HATS are! I came back today to show Chickie the hats and the gif. She's spool-knitting right now, making hair bunchies out of elastic thread. I don't have the heart to tell her that it's cheaper to buy hair bunchies than it is to buy the thread... ;o/

Love the hat, love the boy and love "LittleD". but I hate change. LOL

I can crochet afghans, but I can't make cutsie hats. How do you do that? The instructions never make sense to me.
