have to disagree with Knitty though on the washing... all the blogs I&apos;ve read say that you can&apos;t machine-wash them or wash with regular detergent, or the colors will fade quite a bit.  I&apos;d cut off a piece and run it through just to test, before risking your socks...

so cool.  I&apos;ve dyed yarn before but never done the self-striping stuff, it looks like fun!</description>
