Posted by: Connie at March 31, 2006 3:09 PMI would love to join but I use to walk maybe 1 mile at a time (blush) and only about 3 times a week. I need to start small so I will not give up. So what if I say.... 12 miles a month...
I know so lame~ oh well better then NO miles I guess. :)
Posted by: Teena at April 6, 2006 11:15 PMHi. I've been using the WATP videos since Jan 3rd and am up to doing the 3 and 4 miles regularly along with walking outside when the weather cooperates. I'd love to have the additional encouragement!! I've logged 57 miles so far in April so why don't I shoot for a goal of 80 miles.

This sounds like a great challenge! I want to walk the distance from my home to my parents (2464 miles!) and to train for a marathon, which I want to run for my 50th birthday next year. My goal this month? 50 miles.
