May Walking Challenge

It seems the time for our WalkingChallenge Group has passed. With little to no activity over the last many months, we've decided to close the group.

If you've stumbled across this site from someone's graphic or link, I recommend you hop on over to WalkerTracker.com and join the community there. Get yourself a good pedometer (I love my Omron HJ-112) and keep on walking.

OK, I am in for this month. I will set my goal for 20 miles. Gotta start somewhere right???

Hi Kim,
I'm in again this month, but have to make my goal much smaller. I have had a bad start to the month, and only have 7 miles in so far. So I think I had better try for 25 this month.
Also, I want to start adding a workout video 3 times a week, which will make less walking time, but still lots of workout time.
Thanks again for continuing to provide this for us, and I LOVE the new awards graphics. They are SO CUTE!!!
